Link has been renew, now you can download and play Street Fighter 3 game.

After download extract all files and run mameppkgui.exe
Load game and play.
Have Fun

mameppkgui.exe is a emulator for this game and it's in the rar files. You need
to extract the rar files and run mameppkgui.exe emulator after than load the
game. After all these steps, you'll find yourself to play Street Fighter 3 game.
